The 2013 Chevy Camaro is the most recent update of a classic Chevrolet model from a long line of impressive predecessors. With available V6 and V8 engines that boast the power 426 and 580 horses respectively, the vehicle is an impressive member of the new Chevrolet lineup. And at Lindsay Chevrolet, we’re excited to inform our customers in the Woodbridge and Stafford areas that come 2016, there will be another engine available for the Camaro.
The 2016 model year will mark the sixth generation for the venerable Camaro line, and Chevy is marking the date with a turbocharged four-cylinder. We can really only guess at output numbers, but we’d guess it’ll be in the 300-350 horsepower range. Now, a turbocharged four-cylinder may not be the most powerful update, but we’re sure Chevy has something up their proverbial sleeve. It could mean increased efficiency and save valuable space, among other things.
And of course, V6 and V8 options will still be available for all you speed demons out there. The update will simply be another option on the table, that will perhaps appeal to a different segment of car buyers.
